“Fitness and nutrition have always been huge in my life. I became a personal trainer in order to teach clients how to stay healthy and free of injury and illness. With an emphasis on the scientific, as well as aesthetic aspect of keeping fit, my sessions lead to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I believe we can all reach our goals in life regardless of age and background. My personal training sessions are designed to be fun, educational and enlightening.”
Throughout his 10 years as a personal trainer, Michael has worked with a whole range of clients, from sports specific goal focused individuals to the complete fitness novice (and everyone inbetween). He uses all his experience and knowhow to help you dig deep and achieve the results you want.
Michael is a true fitness enthusiast. When he isn’t putting his clients (and himself) through their paces physically, he’s focusing on expanding his most important muscle – his brain. Like all the best personal trainers, Michael is constantly looking to increase his knowledge. The fitness industry is ever evolving, new training practices ever emerging and the science behind living and eating healthy constantly adapting. It’s not about fads and gimmicks, it’s about identifying what works, discovering why, and then deducing the best way to impart that knowledge onto clients.
“Once a week I turn on my favourite tunes and dance nonstop for an hour with total abandonment. Just me, myself and the music. Great workout!”
