  • Easy to follow workout program that can be done in the comfort of your own home at any time to suit you.
  • 3 or 4 workout sessions to follow every week.
  • Workouts tailored to your ability, goals and the equipment you have.
  • Motivation and support from a Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in at home workouts.
  • Each workout session is designed to be around 30 minutes in length and will steadily progress in difficulty each month to ensure you continue to push yourself towards the results you deserve.
  • Membership to facebook group with access to tutorial videos, additional workout challenges and as well as live workouts to follow along with me.
  • You will also receive 15 recipe e-cards every month to help you enjoy tasty and healthy meal options. This will eventually be replaced with a members only recipe library website where all of our incredible recipes (over 300 and counting) will be available.

All this for just £19.99 a month

What you will need:

  1. Either a kettlebell and/or set of dumbbells (I can recommend what to get and from where if required).
  2. Email address that I will use to send the plan to each month.
  3. A facebook profile in order to join the private facebook group.
  4. Finally and most importantly, a positive, can do attitude to follow the workouts each month to achieve your fitness goals.
