I am a personal trainer because I used to be overweight and learnt the hard way to become fit. It took me years of training, trying fad diets and plenty of research to lose weight, get fit and get lean. In reality- it doesn’t need to be that hard! I want to help clients achieve their goals and improve their lives the easy way. I enjoy helping people and love making people happy.

“I have been doing CrossFit now for 2 years and have recently started competing. In CrossFit, form and exercise safety is integral, so when clients train with me they will be performing the exercises correctly and efficiently. CrossFit has taught me a whole range of different movements and exercise styles, from endurance training to core stability to olympic lifting to metabolic conditioning and more! All my clients will get this same service off me – I am not just there to train them but to teach them good form and why I’m getting them to do what they’re doing.”

Jordan is a true believer in enjoying life. To truly live and breathe a healthy lifestyle, you have to be able cut loose sometimes. Life’s too short to ignore the things that make you happy. As a former drive time radio presenter, music remains a big part of Jordan’s life. It’s a part of his life that he still makes sure he makes time for.

“I go to various different festivals during the year – both inside and outside of the UK. Fitness shouldn’t dominate your life, so I really believe in letting your hair down a couple of times a year and enjoying yourself! This includes having rest weeks and time away from counting calories / dieting.”
