I’ve created a series of home based workouts to follow. Each workout can be easily tailored to your fitness level.
Just starting out on your fitness journey? Follow the exercises listed as LEVEL 1. Need more or a challenge? Take a look at LEVEL 2. Work your way up to LEVEL 3 (and maybe beyond… coming soon).
We have workouts focusing solely on bodyweight exercises (so no need for and additional equipment), as well as workouts that require the use of a kettlebell. If you are following our kettlebell workouts, please make sure to use correct and safe technique and pick a suitable weight.
Each workout will fall into either a 15 minute or 30 minute time duration. These are rough estimates as to how long you should expect each workout to take. If you are exceeding the time, consider dropping down a level. Move up a level if the opposite applies.
Build your own training session by joining workouts together depending upon your available time, fitness level and motivation.
