Born To Inspire
Becki is the proud mum of 2 girls and consequently is all too familiar with the challenges being a parent brings to living a healthy lifestyle. She’s passionate about helping people bring a balance back to their lives and likewise rediscover the body they’ve maybe lost along the way. It’s this relatability that clients have come to appreciate and positively respond to.
Succeeding with health and fitness related goals isn’t necessarily based upon beasting clients in workouts – anyone can do that. Truly top quality Personal Trainers inspire and motivate clients. Becki is able to draw on her own experiences to achieve this. Post child birth, Becki didn’t recognise the person looking back at her in the mirror. Something I’m sure most, if not all, new mums can sympathize with and relate to. Through exercise and healthy eating she was able to reestablish and even more so improve her former figure. Zumba was a key component and it was due to taking regular Zumba classes that inspired (there’s that word again) Becki to embrace her calling and become a Personal Trainer. She wanted to help people in a similar way that she had been helped. She became her own inspiration. You can too!
I ALSO HAVE A GREAT ENTHUSIASM FOR HELPING CHILDREN; WHILST WORKING PART TIME AS A TEACHING ASSISTANT AT MONKSPATH JUNIOR AND INFANT SCHOOL, I WAS SOON SNAPPED UP BY THE P.E DEPARTMENT AND I NOW TEACH HIIT FITNESS ON FRIDAY LUNCHTIMES. WORKING WITH A DIFFERENT YEAR GROUP EACH TERM. WORKING IN SCHOOLS PROMOTING HEALTH AND FITNESS IS SOMETHING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DEVELOP FURTHER.
Becki runs a regular lunchtime children’s keep fit class at Monkspath School to help encourage fitness in schools as well as promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Children’s health and fitness is so important to Becki, and she’s keen to promote this in other schools across Solihull and Birmingham.
