Hannah is an overtly talented personal trainer, with an unmatched passion for health and fitness. As a former professional dancer, Hannah is no stranger to motivation. Being at the top of one’s field requires motivation, self-discipline and in the case of dancers, a healthy supply of charisma. Hannah has all this in spades. But, it’s her love of fitness and desire to help change people’s lives for the better that helped her find her true calling as a personal trainer.
Being a student of health and fitness, Hannah is able to combine her knowledge as a personal trainer with her experience as a top-level athlete, to work with clients to tailor make programmes specifically to meet individual needs and goals;
