I became a personal trainer so that people could fall in love with fitness as much as I have. It’s the first thing I think of when I wake up and I’ll either go running (which is my form of meditation) or get a sweat on through yoga.
Marisa is a that special type of fitness professional who genuinely enjoys working with clients of all abilities and backgrounds. She has the ability to specifically tailor sessions according to client’s goals and ability. Some Personal Trainers work on the basis that what works for them will work for you. Everyone is different. People’s bodies will take differently to exercise. For example; I will go catabolic from HIIT training. Having learnt this I would like to help people find the way their body likes to move both physically and mentally and then we will work with that to achieve the goals clients set themselves.
It’s healthy to have goals in life no matter how big or small and I believe that it’s a lifestyle choice not a chore. Exercise should be enjoyed not endured. When we work together I’ll quickly pick up your strengths and weaknesses and work with that so that nothing but good energy flows during our sessions.
Marisa is a consummate professional when it comes to exercise. She is highly disciplined and rightly believes that progression is laid on the foundation of mastering the basics and perfecting technique. It’s hard to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle if you’re injured.
Clients have often said that I have militant precision to technique, timing and routine, but don’t worry I’m not half as scary haha! I just like to see those results and that smile on your face as you see them too. Then I know that’s a job well done.

1 session a week = £140 a month
£75 for initial set up. Client’s are provided with exercise videos, nutrition guides and 24/7 customer service.
Every 12 weeks you will be given fresh programmes to help maintain progress to avoid plateauing at a reduced price of £50.
