The FitIn5 programme exclusive to LaW Personal Training is an introductory fitness package designed to get your fitness levels up and running just 5 weeks. Train 1 2 1 (or with a friend), twice a week for 5 weeks and really see the difference. You will be fitter, stronger and have reduced body fat! We begin with a series of fitness tests and a consultation. This covers nutrition and lifestyle advice. The final session is a return to the original fitness tests and your chance to show off how far you’ve come!
