Since 2007, Matt has been a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping and educating clients of all ages and abilities about health and fitness. Guiding clients to make better decisions to produce better outcomes is the result of years of continued studies. He has learnt from internationally renowned coaches and has a personal desire to be the best Personal Trainer that his clients deserve. Knowledge is power and at Better Bodies Birmingham, you will be empowered.

1 to 1 Bootcamp
14 days consecutive 2/3 sessions per day, nutrition, KCE and lifestyle interventions, supplementation and Full body mass assessment before and after – £297 (pre-consultation for suitability required)
Group Based Set Program Bootcamp
20 sessions, weekly nutrition and shopping list, Body fat assessment before and after, Inclusion into a private bootcamp only facebook group, lifestyle recommendations, daily contact, Facebook Live Q and A, protein shakes included – £129 per person. Set dates announced throughout year.
Early Risers HiiT Group Class
4 x 30 minute intensive sessions
6:15am start throughout the week. Practical lifestyle and nutrition tips included along with post workout shake. £97 per person, 8 people maximum
Full lifestyle assessment & metabolic analytics modulation
90 minutes assessing all lifestyle and nutritional habits versus priorities. Using MA assessment to uncover your current nutritional needs and hormonal profile and body mass scores to determine progression strategies. Using practical steps daily to help get back on track or start to make changes for the better – £50
Metabolic analytics body fat assessment
30 minutes body fat assessment £25
Weekly Class Timetable
£5 per class or £10 per week (paid on Monday only)
