We begin with a series of fitness tests and a consultation. This covers nutrition and lifestyle advice. You then have 10 training sessions (lasting 1 hour each). The final session is a return to the original fitness tests and your chance to show off how far you’ve come. If you don’t improve in at least 1 of the tests I’ll refund your money in full!*
