We begin with a consultation to discuss goals, nutrition and lifestyle. During this session we (you) will also likely do a workout too! You then have 11 training sessions (lasting 1 hour each). Sessions will be focused on body weight exercises or utilizing any additional exercise equipment that you might have (kettlebells, resistant bands, dumbbells etc). If you wish to purchase equipment I am more than happy to make recommendations for you.
